An easy way to get my 30 min exercise for the day in before the day has started & then I don't have to stress about it when I get home for work.
Or so I thought.
It was such a lovely walk along Main Road. But, I'm quite embarrassed to say it only took 10 mins!!! 15 mins at the most. In London I'd have walked that distance (or more) just to get to the Tube station.
I knew a lived close to work, but had no idea it was that close!
So I'll be walking home this evening & will be making more of a habit of preparing a change of clothes the day before & choosing my trainers over the steering wheel.
